Upbhokta Suvidha Kendra — About not replacing or repairing mobile handset

I purchased Micromax handset on 12.08.2015. When I put sim card it didn't catch signal. When I went on service center on 25.8.15 they told that antenna is not there and sent ahead. Now company told for max. 20 Days wait. Now again they are saying for next 15 days wait. I am puzzled. Plz help.
