Upbhokta Suvidha Kendra — I have been cheated by airtel broadband 3g service.

Dear Sir,

I have been informed by Airtel sales person to upgrade my broadband plan to 1099 40GB so that I can get up to 8 Mbps speed. Later while I was facing a slow connection and frequent disconnection issue, I raised a complaint by calling Airtel and their technician informed me that 'Airtel do not have empty port to provide that speed'. It was a false commitment and wrong Information from Airtel end. The technician's name is Mr.Mrinal. Later I have spoken to Prabodh, Anil, Ajay, Hanumay etc for several times by making calls to customer care. But after completing a week even i have not yet received any resolution or any effort to solve the issue from their end. I do have email confirmation from Airtel end for the change of plan and speed and limit details.
I am feeling cheated from Airtel end badly and feeling frustrating by not getting any response or resolution from their end.
Please help and let me know what needs to be done.
