Upbhokta Suvidha Kendra — ICICI Bank hold in my saving account Rs.4029.72 for Credit Card

Dear Sir

ICICI Bank privided me a credit card with zero annul fee as committed by agent. But they charged annual fee Rs.1500 approx then I stopped to use card further. But bank has been adding panalty on annual fee and demanded Rs.4029.72 from me, I refused to gove the they holded in my saving account.

Please do the needful.
