Upbhokta Suvidha Kendra — regarding for closing loan

My name is shyamlal khatri i am the customer of cholamandalm finance and investment company. 48.90 lacks loan was given by them which i want to close by own fund but from[protected] i have given them for closeing letter But the gave me in written that they are unable to process the for closing in this month.than i filed a complain to upbhokta form web side i got the docket number also which is ([protected]) but no one action was taken by them. Infact i called so many times in the customercare of cholamandalam but they also didnt do atleast single action of my complaint.. Now i am mentaly irritate and so much dissapear. So please help me they are takeing long very long time...
