Upbhokta Suvidha Kendra — Verification found negative and received bill on same address.

Dear Sir/Madam, My self Abhinav kaushik and I purchase 2 new no.([protected], [protected]) of reliance last month (Dec’15). After 2 or 3 days a person of reliance side came to my house for verification. That time I am in office and he want to see my ID documents which was not there that time. One of my family member says him to came next day. But no one came till now. I will call many times regarding this but no any action taken from their side and I am surprised that 2 times again my verification found negative. I’m forget about my these reliance no. Due to their poor services. When I go for reliance store in Gurgaon in front of Raj cinema he says we are not responsible for this… But in january2016 I am again surprised when I received monthly bill of my both no. How it’s possible that which address you are not found during verification that is OK when billing. Same address I received bill which was negative done by your side. Please take any action
