Last month i have got enquiry on Online MBA and i have given full details on last qualification of Diploma, I have asked 3 times that to check on eligibility of the same..up grad team Mr. Prasad confirmed that i am eligibility..I have told him that i need take personal loan ..even after 15 days i have told hime recheck but same confirmation received ..so Load got approved and applied in Jain university and paid Rs.55000 /- after 15 days i get the call form Jain university that i am not eligible for Online MBA ..as have done diploma and but i got confirmed that team mails and based on that i have applied and payment. Jain university said there is mistake in checking documents. ..Due to this i have lost 25, 000 for the loan processing fees..
Later I tried calling MrPrasad and Abhishek form Upgrad ..but as ausual fraud team, ..They are lifting the calls and 2 days ..
After 2 days i get call form Upgrad Neha ..She started telling i will compensate with discount if i enroll for BBA in Jain university...i have told that i have lost money of Rs.25000 - kindly get the same ..After confirmation that she will get approval .
After that no calls on the status ..after that She started taking rudely on the same that she is not responsible for the same.
I have asked to process for Refund on the same..but resposne not good ..University will call they take care he after, , ,
At the time application upgrad team was callling multiple when issue are there ..then none of the person is picking the phone..
I will taking issue public Grievance and sumbit the compliant on Upgrad team..these people are fraud people ..and file a legal issue Was this information helpful? |
