I enrolled on the upgrad B.sc computer science Iu germany and at the time counselling I tell my counselor that am not able to pay the emi of 38000 because me and my family have a total income of 25000 and I tell him that please provide me the bonafied to my counsellor his name is sonu sharma and he tell me that emi is the best process for you and it will suits for you so I tell him that I will try to convince my father for the emi process am not give any sure commitment that sir I will pay the emi after this happen he contact to me finance team member his name his partik and he tell me that if you take loan for the indian parent university it will affect your future loan which you gone take for further on campus study at the time I tell him that ok so increase my emi tenurity so he said we will close this loan and move with a new loan and after dragging the case for 1 month when my first emi hit he tell me that sorry we not gone help you because your emi is already hit so why he gave me false promise that he will fix my issue and after that my Counsellor block my phone number and recently zest money employee reached my home and gave a commitment that I will file a case against you and it pissed me off and I would like to inform you please cancel my loan and please cancel my admission I don't wanna continue with upgrad because I don't have a capacity of to pay the emi of 38000 monthly because we are below the poverty line so please help me because upgrad already spoil my life I don't spoil my life any more and am telling you am not attending the classes and am not sending the notarized documents to anyone because and upgrad telling me why you are not doing your study how can I attend my class right know I am only 20 year old do you think if I have any acquisition of case should embassy give me study visa for the further study I don't think so so think before the speak because by saying continue your class it dosen't make any sense so Am begging you i don't my parents dignity should be ruined in the colony so am telling you please cancel my admission and please cancel my loan. During the discussion with admission counsellor I have given details that my passport and transcript not ready. Even though he enrolled me and told me I have 6 months to do the needful. He never told me that if I will not submit transcript my batch will be delayed. After admission he rushed for loan, without explaining the loan payment details that I have to pay 6000 for the loan. They have told that zero cost emi loan and emi will start from may. But after admission and loan documents done no calls from admission or customer support. Emit started from April and bow credit fair is asking me to pay emi. As per attach documents my batch and enrollment will be final after complete documentation. When the college have not confirmed my admission neither my student id generated, how can the university have taken semester fees before admission . I am trying to cancel my admission but they are not refunding my money. Thet student support is rude and not accept any mistake and forcing me to continue the course. The credit fair is asking me to submit the loan emi I am stuck badly.
