Upgrad — Refund and loan cancellation

I am Anisha, i enrolled for MBA through @upGrad_edu after councelling session I choose emi option for payment I did my first payment and registration on 21 feb ( from my mother's account) 2022 after which they said after filling University's form my lms will be activated after 2-3 days, But for a week it did not happen and i started getting emails and calls for emi payment on 26 feb long before activation of my course I asked them to look into the matter they were asking my provisional certificate which I didn't got from my university yet So i told them that I will submit my original degree when it will get delivered to me from my university
They told me that before me it was not necessary to submit provisional degree but after i enrolled don't know why they were asking for i said ok i will try to get it But I could not after which I asked them to cancel my registration and admission they said they will do it but they did not after which on 9th March my lms got activated in between emails and calls regarding payment overdue continued after my lms got activated the classes started On 26 of March ( but they told me to take admission block seat on Feb because session is going to start so soon)
I told them to extend the emi payment date but they didn't
After i did 1 class i didn't find worthy in a month to spend my money on I asked them to cancel my admission on 9 of April through mail But they said that once it started you can't end it i also request through mail but get no good response they keep asking me to mail at this email address contact to that email address

In between all this the email overdue continuous I asked the loan guy to cancel the loan As i no longer wanted to continue
He said asked upgrad to cancel in asked them but they said they can't do it even if you don't want to continue you have to pay emi when loan guy is saying that asked them to cancel the loan why can't they do it, it's end of June now They sent me overdue notice they sent my mother's account on NPA this so torturous and I feel mentally harassed all these months, if i don't want to continue how can they force me and after i decided to not continue with this i didn't even logged in the lms i just want to end this all I didn't even asked them to refund money which I paid to them (9925 rs ) but they are forcing me to pay emi which I can't, what if a person in mid way is not financially stable and able to pay loan they will force him/ her, all these months i feel so much mental harrasmentThey sent my account in NPA and asking me to pay all the amount of the loan and even send me message that they will sent staff to my house for emi collection

when i tweeted all these thing rthey contacted me and said that upgrad had to refund everything which they can't do u have to pay emi anyhow and i even got call threat from University to delete the tweet otherwise they will take legal action against me
Please help me i feel so helplessness
The loan company sent last legal notice to me asking to pay whole amount even after not using lms and not continuing with them
