Upgrad — Upgrad Admission cancellation and Refund

I raised a admission cancellation request with Upgrad for a 18 month course which consists PG diploma and MS Degree for which I started from Feb 2021. I opted for a loan provided by Upgrad through Liquilons.

Due to sudden financial crisis in this time of Pandemic and that too because my father got infected from corona.
I am finding it hard to pay the EMI's of 4.5 L which is 22K for which I intimated and requested Upgrad to cancel my admission.

However Upgrad didn't considered this and they denied to cancellation of the admission.

So I requested to them about this continuously as its a matter of survival for me.
But even to this Upgrad team is showing highly unprofessional behavior and denying to cancelation of the admission.

Then I got to know that Upgrad is asking students from my batch to join MS degree as my PG diploma and MS degree are both from different institutions so after knowing this I asked them to at least cancel my MS degree and refund me that amount of that as It hasn't been started yet, I mean if you can enroll students for the same course from my batch then why cannot you cancel my enrollment and refund me the money as I haven't used any of your resources related to that yet.

But now they are not responding.
Moreover zestmoney is aksing for admission confirmation from Upgrad for which Upgrad is not supporting and every monthbI'm been charged bouncing charges.
