UPI — money deducted twice for one transaction and is yet not refunded. | |||
I did the transaction using mobikwik app for paying my electricity bill dated 19/02/2019 amount was 1123/-. I was redirected to upi for the payment gateway. The transaction was done twice and the money got deducted both the times. The money was supposed to be refunded to my account within 48 hrs, than after it did not got refunded i contacted upi and mobikwik, and again i got the tat of 7 days by their side. I waited for 10 days i. E. 8 working days but got unsatisfactory response and am still getting tat. The customer service is not providing any response. Please help me with the same.
