UPI — Refund from IRCTC not credited to my account

Refund amount of Rs 1565/- has not been
credited to my account. As ticket was booked by IRCTC by UPI transaction on 07 May 17 and cancelled on 26 may 17 vide PNR number
[protected]. As fund was refunded to my account as IRCTC detail but my account has not been credited
but when enquired from my bank they informed that amount not refunded to the bank by AXIS UPI as ticket
was booked by UPI link with my account with Indian OVerseas Bank account[protected].
As per IRCTC it was refunded to bank as on 27 May 17 vide txn id [protected].

You are requested to look into matter as refund the amount at the earliest, sothat we may trust on online transactions which is dream of our Honorable Prime Minister Sh Modi Ji.

Hi today I transfer 6000 twice to [protected]@icici which is a wrong UPI address as it was supposed to sent to [protected]@icici .

Upi address used to transfer the money:
[protected]@upi
ashutosh.[protected]@axisbank

Kindly revert the transaction .

same here booked railway ticket through UPI later cancelled ..amount not credited back to account..
