money transaction failed but not received money to my account

Hello sir,
I have done one transaction at 10th oct from tez app actually the transaction was failed and money was debited from my account. I have already reported there and i got the status like payment is succeeded but the disputed: resolved - credited into payee's account. Neither the the money was credited to beneficiary's account nor in my account. I have sended screenshot of transaction details about upi id and bank transaction details. Please help me to find my money sir because sbi bank was not at all giving any type of attentions. I hope you will help me.

I tried money transfer to paytm payments bank account number [protected] through bhim upi but failed tranalsaction money deducted should be refundable not done
Rs.160/- i want you to resolve this issue as soon as possible

amount deducted from my account but not credited to the receiver
Dear sir/madam,
I made a payment through tez app on 17th october and another one on 12th november of rs. 501 and rs.151 respectively from my sbi account.in both cases the amount was deducted from my account but not credited to the reciever. I called the tez app costomer care sevaral times and also called the sbi toll free number but none of them could solve this problem. It's been nearly 2 months. So please help me.

not resetting the upi pin
Dear sir,
I forget my upi pin & i try to reset it by using bhim app, but when i try it to reset it, it won't react, everytime otp from bank is coming & i entered a new pin but it is loading for hours& hours, but no result,,, i mailed about this so many times, but no reply from your team,,, nearly 2 months from my first mail,, so plz solve my problem

non refund of failed transaction amount
I had made an online transaction on tez app of rs 9450 by entering the recipient s ifsc and account no.
But he has not received the money and it has been debited from my account. It has been 12 days already after the transaction. Yet i am to receive the money back.

amount debited from my side but not credited
I transferred fund worth rs 12000 through my sbi account to sbi account of my relative using bhim sbi pay. The amount was instantaneusly debited from my account with reference no[protected] but the credit has not been received in beneficiary account. Now its been more han 24 hrs. And worse thing is there is no way to check the status or raise compalint in that app. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I transfered ₹2300 from my sbi account
To my bob account via phonepe app using upi on[protected]. When i tried to debit that amount, i can't do that because amount not reached to bob account's main balance. That shifted to laser balance. But that amount (₹2300) debited automatically on[protected]from that account to somewhere with same upi reference no. Instead of reach to main balance.
I talk all three places bob, sbi, phonepe customer cares and both account's home branches. But noone helped me.
Where did my moey go?
I want my money back.
It's very necessary to me this time?
I already sent complain to all three.

150rs has been debited my account in airtel payment bank .upI reversal rrn is[protected] please take some action and help me to get my money as soon as possible
My problem is also same . I credit 224 rs in my acc through phone pe but after few second the money is debited, i called customers care of every where, for re sove the problem but the money where go i dont know . Every one technical fault but none of them resolve the problem. Please give us proper guidance to solve it.

My name is mukesh soni, a/c is [protected] (Branch & branch code is sbi barmer city, 06095) i have transfered the money of ₹ 10000 (Utrn[protected], ₹[protected] to a/c [protected] (Ifsc code sbin0rrmrgb) on 23 september 2017 through phone pay app. Which was mistransacted on similar a/c but different ifsc code (This information given by home branch). I called to sbi costomer care no where i get suggestion to 'contact the related app help line no. We couldn't help you ' then i called on phone pay costomer care and they said that this is not their fault please contact to sbi home branch and request them to reemit money. Then i requested to sbi home branch. Branch manager resposed that he will email the branch (Where money is actually transacted) but he is not responsible for money access to you. Then i totally confused who is the actually responsible. Inbetween i had doubt on upi plateform so i have done some trial transfer through bhim app for ₹10 to same a/c and ifsc code given above (Transaction id is[protected] and ₹5 through google tez app for ₹5 (Upi transaction id[protected] and ₹10 through phone pay again with my another hdfc account (Utrn[protected]. This all have transated successfully. Then i contacted to the bank branch where money should be transact where i got answer that their branch is not on upi plateform.
Thereby all this step finally i find this mistake was o[censored]pi plateform (Which might not completely update of sbi merging process) that upi is not considering ifsc code and money transacted only by catch account number. If it was not then transaction should be failed.
Sir, i humbly requesting you there is no my mistake and i am suffering from it so please solve my problem, fix the error and return my valuable money.
This may break the trust of many indians on upi plateform and dream of india to be cash less would be not achieved.

regarding the money deducted from my account without my permission
I am kumari ishika having bank account ([protected]) in central bank of india. On 27/09/2017 i got a message from my bank that rs. 5000 is debited from my account but i have not initiated any amount. Then i talked to central bank's customer care executive. He checked my account' s detail and said that the money was deducted by an upi app. Currently i am using the phone pe app but its customer care executive said that this money had not been initiated by them.
So, this is the matter and i want you to help me out with this because i want my money back. Please take some quick steps so that i can get my money back.

On 13 jul, 17 i had carried out a transaction of rs. 2000/- from my syndicate bank ac ifsc - synb0009009 at around 930 pm to my at axis bank ac no. Ifsc - utib0000056 through bhim portal. I simultaneously received sms from syndicate bank for the debit of the same. However there was no such alert from the axis bank.in the morning i checked from them for the lapse which revealed of no such transfer having taken place. The transaction id for the same was as captioned.
I thereafter brought it to the notice of my bank. It has now been revealed courtesy dit mobile banking that the said transaction was routed to hdfc bank ac of mahender singh [protected]@upi ac ifsc - hdfc0002649. Please note that i do not have any account with hdfc bank. Therefore the glitch appears to have taken place because of the same name.
Necessary emails with syndicate bank/ dit mobile banking, upi, hdfc have not borne fruit. Upi has even failed to respond.

Hi Vanya, No I haven't received my money yet. I have approached all the banks with the grievance. I don't really know the solution. My greatest concern is for innocent people who might not only loose their money in times of need but supposing your money lands in the account of someone, you know what I am talking about. One thing is very clear that somebody somewhere is not doing his job. Regards

I would like to have actions taken on this matter and get my refund

Refund amount of Rs 1565/- has not been
credited to my account. As ticket was booked by IRCTC by UPI transaction on 07 May 17 and cancelled on 26 may 17 vide PNR number
[protected]. As fund was refunded to my account as IRCTC detail but my account has not been credited
but when enquired from my bank they informed that amount not refunded to the bank by AXIS UPI as ticket
was booked by UPI link with my account...

I need your help and please help me. With ref. from mail received through UPI, I believe, there are some miscommunication. or transaction error. For this transaction (transaction no.[protected],
remitter: my wife, axis bank, account no. [protected], and beneficiary was: Vipul Kumar, HDFC Bank, A/c no. [protected], IFSC code: HDFC0000088 and transaction amount is 50, 000.
But as per confirmation mail received from UPI, amount credited in different beneficiary account. So please do the necessary step and reverse the amount back to my account. I am trying to call from same day. And called every where including NPCI and axis bank customer care.
Even they are not providing me the complete account details of actual beneficiary, so that i can ask him to reverse my 50000/-

I transfer money 4305 from my account ( [protected], IFSC-SBIN0011456) to this account ([protected]) on 2-8-17. But this transition is fail by 3 time and 12915 mony is debited by my account so credit my mony 12915 back to my account

I transferred rs. 500 from my a/c to paytm wallet with the help o[censored]pi app o[censored]bi on 21.04.17 at 19.47 p. M but the transaction got failed. Inspite of that my account got debited by rs. 500. I called customer care o[censored]nion bank of india several time but found no resolution. Even filed compliant via e-mail to upi app provided by bank but no action where taken.
