UPI — tez. account credited without matching name with the customer account number. | |||||
Dear sir I have transfer amount through upi app (Tez) on 27/12/2017 from sbi to andhrabank amount worth of 5700/-. Here i made a problem that i have entered wrong account number but correct name. But account credited without matching account holders name. How can it possible. That is my problem. And i am submitting statements to the app authorities and they said approach to the home branch. And i have lodged a complaint at bank also. They raised mail to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in. And mb. [protected]@sbi.co.in. Still banks will not get a reply mail. So what i have to do? And where i am to complain? How can i solve my problem? Is common man solve these problems taken months of time to revolve around the banks? Here the problem from myside and bank side also.
