This service is most pathetic I ever had . After reading the complains now I know why it's so horrible
Firstly my order is stuck in customs from one hand half month and I never had such run around with other services
Frauds like you all needed to be closer . First they asked they need ADC officer signature to clear shipment and asked us to take it from a customer who have no clue how customs work
After talking to zillion if customs broker all have to tell me is it's UPS that should get the signature not emoloyee
we even spoke with customer officer apparently the BOE number they gave is never filed and no asc signature is required to clear order for cosmetics
I spoke to customs head Bella Gandhi, jiten, vaishali who are just bunch of good for nothing and they just make it horrible experience they have no clue how the process work and I ever y time they tell something new
This service is just a emotional drain and harrasment
I will take this legally cause People like u should be taught lessons
