UPSRTC — Online smart card payment issue

I have Applied for Smart Card on 31-Aug-15 and did the payment for the same.
But after payment i got error on the next page.
Till the time i didn't receive any update regarding the smart card.

Called Upsrtc customer care but didn't get any response from them.
