UPSRTC — problem caused due to misguidance of conductor

I boarded the 5:45a.m bus for auraiya depot from anand vihar isbt. It has its route through Noida expressway, despite that when I asked conductor for ticket of Mathura cut which is a valid stop as per the list of stops. The conductor refuses to give me theticket and said go to Noida and take another bus from there. I, am a govt emplyoee and this incident caused me problem as I was not able to reach for my meeting on time.
