I booked my ticket from ANAND VIHAR to CHARBAGH for VOLVO from www.upsrtconline.co.in on 5/4/2015. The bus boarding timing was 22:00 5/4/2015.I booked the ticket as the Guest the user and when i was trying to cancel the ticket, the website asked to me register it to cancel the ticket.So, while i was registering, the website did not sent the activation mail on my email address.So i was stuck, i tried to customer care number +91-[protected], i tried almost 200 times, somebody was declining the call and not picking it up.It was picked once and communicated that there UPSRTC server is down and your ticket cannot be cancelled.I tried to send the email to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but no reply came, the next day morning got foolish reply that "Please register yourself on ourportal(www.upsrtconline.co.in) using same e-mail ID and mobile number mentionedin ticket you booked. It will automatically reflect in “My booking” panel"
