Upstox — Lost Money

Because of some technical issues from upstox I was unable to transfer funds to my upstox trading account. So I contacted their customer care. They give me their HDFC account number and told me to send money directly to that account. Below is their account details

Last Thursday I transferred 50000/- rs to that account. But still that amount is not added to my trading account. No one is responding to this issue. I raised so many tickets regarding this. No response to tickets too.
