Upstox — m[censored]nit wrongly deducted

Mf purchased as per scheme from upstox l&t & reliance wherein after purchase scheme units were deposited as per scheme in jan 18

Then i had complained for m[censored]nits not deposited in may 18 but amount deducted but units were not deposited of l&t and deducted scheme units of l&t & reliance

I have all the proofs and statement from upstox kindly help on the same
