I had booked with the Hyderabad based company named Urban Clap, for a professional service for my split AC on 3rd April 2024 by fixing a schedule to complete the job by the evening of 4th April 2024 and paid an amount of Rs.398. The company had assigned a professional for the purpose and his name was Md. Muqtar Baigh. I had received an OTP from you to start the work. But, despite my follow up, neither work had been done nor paid a visit by the company's professional. Please see that repay my amount of Rs.398.
