On 22nd April, we have got kitchen chimney service by UC. After service, the chimney worked for two days, then stopped working.

The company is requested to look after the issue and resolve ASAP.

    I am deeply and utterly shocked and disappointed with the experience I have had to go through with the cleaners and manager o[censored]rban clap.I have submitted two complaints with them but no response.
    On Tuesday, March 15, 2022 A Mr.Nagaraju was assigned to clean my mother's 3bhk, he came along with 4 other cleaners, my father an old man of 70+ sat there while they cleaned.I dropped in for two hours and noticed that they were doing a slow job with no interest, wasting time, chatting among themselves and were not well trained in cleaning either.
    I told them a few things they should take care of and left while my father stayed on.
    After that we were forced to give a 4 star rating, which I said I would give only after seeing how the flat was cleaned but they continued to pressurise us on giving 4 stars immediately but I didn't.
    Same evening when I came to supervise the flat I noticed that dusting was not done in most parts of the house, the chores I told them to do were left unfinished, the sofa was not vaccumed and dust was literally coming out from the sofa when pressed, the toilet bowl was yellow from inside and garbage not removed so I gave them 2.5 stars and made re booking as I had a three day warranty period! After giving 2.5 stars I was harassed by the cleaner with several calls n messages asking me to change the rating as it would effect their business but I did not.
    On the 17th of March they came to clean the places that they hadn't but all they did was make several lame excuses not to clean it and were trying to lie saying it was not under the things offered in the premium home clean deal.
    When they had just started cleaning after a lot of bickering, they got a call from their manager and all of a sudden they left half way saying that because I had previously given them low rating they would not do the work today!!! This argument continued for a few minutes, one of the cleaners was speaking to the urban clap manager on his cell phone, I told him I wanted to speak to the manager, not only was the manger rude but denied any wrong doing and was adamant I change the rating from 2.5 to 4 stars or they wouldn't continue the work!!! Black mail! I asked the manager his name but he refused to tell me his name which is against the rules of any company. I told him I would make a complaint against him and his team and company and he said 'OK go ahead' !! but he still refused to give me his name but two cleaners who were standing there while I was still on phone said their managers name was Rajesh, I asked Rajesh to give me his full name several times but he did not. rates asked me to give the phone to the cleaning boy and spoke in telegu to him which I did not understand for many minutes and asked me to give him two mins he will sort it out but instead of sorting it our in 2 mins Rajesh asked them all to leave, they left without even informing me when I was in the kitchen cleaning.
    They left all the rubbish behind which I had to clean myself.
    These people were rude, cheaters and inexperienced workers n people.
    Please take strict action against them for leaving the work half done and running away and Mr.Rajesh, I would like a full refund from urban clap if they have any shame! Black mailing the customers for a 4 star rating not doing the work properly not completing the warranty talking rudely and putting the blame on customer.
    Balconies were to be deep cleaned, they just left it as it is.

      Ur an clap has been utter unprofessional with this service. Initially I booked the service for 23Oct and the professional never arrived. It got rescheduled for Sunday 24 Oct however story remained the same. Finally the 3 case manager assured me to get it done on 25th Oct (similar to last 2 case managers she also promised it will be done), however today it automatically got rescheduled for 28th Oct. This is done without talking to me. My 3 days leaves are wasted for their incompetence to provide services on time which are already paid in full.

          My microwave wasn’t working and hence I got a technician booking done through urban clap app for repairing the microwave.the technician came and he is a verified one from urban clap company and he rectified my microwave and charged me 3800 and also changed some parts.
          Later as soon as he left the microwave didn’t work again and I called him to get the issue sorted.He took the microwave along with him the second day and then ad lockdown started he could not deonef it back to me for months.After around one plus month he got the microwave back and it still wasn’t working and issue prevailed.He told me that he will keep the microwave at home and will come again in a day .After that neither he came and nor he paid me my money back.
          Urban clap is saying that the warranty period of 90days expired and hence they cannot pay back my money wherein therd technician is fraud and he had just made fool o[censored]s for many months and due to covid he didn’t come even after multiple follow ups .
          Pls help me get my money back from urban clap as they are just not supporting and ignoring my complaints

            I had booked Floor cleaning services for my new house through Urban Clap ay Hyderabad- Mr Ramu- who forwarded the number of Azarul- this person came with his team to my house on 19 April 2021 and they used ACID to clean the floor- they have made holes in EVERY TILE OF MY HOSE- TOTALLY DESTROYED the flooring of my new house. I have been running around for the last 3 weeks and finally I got experts to clarify and they told me that CONCENTRATED acid has been used to clean the floor tiles, which has damage all the tiles. I never in my life expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional work TOTALLY DESTROYED THE ENTIRE FLOORING OF MY NEW HOUSE

              I have tried to book a haircut for my son twice and both the times there was no proper professional's name and contact number that was provided to me. Also, there is no customer care number for Urban Clap which is against the Government's rule. When I cancelled both the bookings I received a message stating that my amount would be refunded in 7 days time and I am not sure if my amount would be refunded because even after sending an email regarding the cancellation and this misbehavior by the professional Mr. Narayana Rao who visited my place and talked so rudely because of which I had to cancel the booking for the second time, is really surprising.
              It is not that Urban Clap is providing this service free of cost and does the management think that the customers have to be dictated by their rude behavior, rules and regulations and that customers have to lose their self respect.
              The company seems to be indulged in fraudulent activities and that is why has not even provided any contact numbers on their website and not even responding back to my emails which is like CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS THOROUGHLY.

                I have booked a compliant with UrbanClap that my AC is not getting cooled. They sent a technician who did not not check leakage but just refilled gas, and he said he changed the capacitor but did not change it which I verified later through ac company technician whom I had called as the ac stopped working after 2 days of gas filling by urbanclap. I had registered compliants and callbacks from UC but response is very poor and no action is being taken. I had paid aprox 8250 to Urbanclap, but my ac issue was not fixed. I had to call ac company technician and pay additional charges to get it fixed. Urban clap cheated me of rs 8250. I want a refund of the amt as the technician failed to fix the issue but cheated me saying he has fixed the issue and changed spare parts, which he did not actually do

                I got an email that my compliant Ticket number is 2893212, and it said awating response from me, but I had given them all the required information and details, and I replied to them about the same. There is no customer care number to register a compliant with UC as well, we can speak to them oy if they callback
