Send email and chat with customer service to take this product back and refund the amount as per your Policy. Urban Ladder Team claiming refund will not be issued instead same another product will be delivered. If quality is bad then what use of delivering same material again. Forcing the customer to take the product even after several request for return and defects, quality issues reported, within 7days of delivery as per their policy.

Product Coffee Table ordered and delivered on time.
Signed the delivery and next day opened and installed by Urban Ladder employee.
We checked the product and felt very disappointed with the finish and quality.
All edges have damaged marks, grew cutting not done professionally, Score marks and cracks, No proper sanding done. Mostly the quality we need is from the wood. Nowhere on website shows the type of wood used for the making. It feels like a soft wood which can cause even an impression if pressed by nail.
We need to return the product. Not interested in replacement as we are being cheated.

Complained to customer service and as advised some team came to check and they said will repair or replace. Which we cannot accept as we disagree to the quality of the product. Only to be return and refunded. And the team from Urban Ladder who visited has no idea how to proceed.

Urban Ladder we ordered product with trust and this issue has to be handled.

This is with reference to my order no:-F[protected] Ul-171 which was done on 24th August 2022 FKU Code :FNBDNS51BL15098 Belize Engineered Wood Queen Upholstered Bed In Blue. From last 1month these guys are making a fool of our order not getting proper update. Haven't seen such a irresponsible dumb company taking customer's money at front having dumb people as Customer Care who doesn't have ethics morale values of the customer.

Request you to initiate a cheating case against them

Colour of desk supplied nothing like what is advertised. They claim it is a minor variation. Look for yourself at the photo

The description of the desk in the order form and the final invoice is different meaning they have unilaterally dishonoured a written contract of sale.

Written to them but they have decided to use Corporate brute force to tell me they will not do anything about it

If you have humans running the company, you will address this issue. A bed was ordered and now its past delivery date. Every time I call up CC, they say they will get back with an update by EOD. I am the one who ends up calling them. Yet, they will have no answer. Infact, knowing this issue, I called them up much prior to delivery date to ensure this does not happen. They assured me that I will receive it much ahead of time. But no. My daughter is not 23 month's old is on the floor. Thank you very much!! Also, I am sure I am to expect the same thing for my shoe rack for which expected delivery is soon.

The order was placed on 14th August & the delivery promise was 3rd September, since then I have been following up for my order, I have raised multiple complaints thru email, Twitter & Instagram but the team was irresponsive & after one month they just dispatched the order as per app update but as per their customer team, product is not yet dispatched… this is absolute fraud & deceiving … it’s been over 25 days still I have not received the product & even I am not allowed to cancel the product ! It’s absolutely harassing & mental torture; I would request to fine Urban ladder to fine 1.5 lakh for the mental torment

I bought a ADELAIDE sofa from URBAN LADDER, with luxury cloth, which comes with 3 year warranty. The product is under warranty

the foam had manufacturing issue, which also impacted the cloth.
urban ladder stating that they will only fix foam issue, not the fabric.
and to fix fabric they are asking me 54k for whole fabric change,

I am saying just replace the sitting and hand rest part, which is impacted due to manufacturing defect

I have placed an order on 02/08/2022 for an amount of Rs 1.79 lacs nd till date one bed and one shoe rack is pending. The call centre is clueless and there is no service calls from their end. I have to call everytime and figure out the product. The bed was supposed to be delivered on 14/08/2022 which already a delayed delivery and still it has not reached the warehouse and is in transit. According to the UL call center it will take another weeks time. I have guests coming over and I want my bed by Monday.

We ordered study table on 1st August 2022 and since 5th August 2022 it is showing near by hub, but not delivered.Tried connecting to live chat no one even bothers.It was scheduled to be delivered on 16th August, when called the customer care, the representative was too rude and told to wait for 24hrs to get back and check status, now after 2 days 18th August when no one even bothered to call or send my delivery, we again called the customer...

I had placed an order for the bed and delivery date was assured as 5th of August 2022. Till date I have not received my product and the customer service say that it will take 6 more days. Above that the cancellation process is disabled in the app.

I had ordered 6 dining chairs (model Capra, Mahogany finish).They came to deliver on 25th July.
Found out that 2 of the 6 are of different finish and said that they would soon deliver those 2.On 4th they called up and said that due to quality issues they would deliver them on 8th.On 8th, ie today they have again postponed it giving the same excuse.I would request them to come clean on the actual issue, like no stock etc and if they can't deliver mahagony deliver all 6 in some other shade of our liking, or cancel the full order.This kind of attitude from a premier furniture ecommerce vendor is unacceptable

Totally disappointed .. What is the meaning of below message..it is not happened for one order ID.. Both order my cancelled without any informing me..

After cancelled i called to customer support than Urban ladder company are reverting on email.
This order was placed with an additional discount on the product price..hence we are cancelling your order..
Don't deserve to be trusted...

I have ordered 2 chairs on June 10th 2022 and they were delivered on June 30th. During installation of chairs 1 chair is found damaged and another chair is found with defects. Hence i have contacted Urban ladder and registered the complaint along with sharing the images of damage and defects. But Urban ladder is not able to resolve the issue even after 5 days of complaint and my request for replacement of chairs has not been taken care of.

We ordered for a 4-seater dining table set for Rs. 38000 on 21st June. They said they'll deliver in 2 days. But they delivered a week later and that too, with 2 dining chairs missing and a damaged dining table.
It has been 3 weeks and we've still not received our missing items. Team response is zero.

We had made a purchase of dining table set 4 chairs + 1 bench on 19th June. Delivery was 25th Jun. Till now not delivered and they say table is ready but chairs and bench not yet ready. There is no clarity on the delivery and it is just delayed.

Recently purchased a shoe cabinet which is a technically faulty product. When tried to close the doors while keeping my shoes, it is not closing.

Urban Ladder is not ready to exchange or refund the product. Customer care executive is complaining about the size of the shoes and blaming manufactures like Nike, Adidas etc..

Can I get a replacement ?

Today I visited Hulimaavu factory outlet for purchasing study table and book shelve. I met Manju B and asking why nobody is here to talk to customer as he was talking with some people(they were sitting corner of the shop)and really worrying who is coming in and out! very pathetic experience in the outlet. He was so arrogant and talking if you want you can buy!

Finally I went Royal Oak and purchased!

If you want to stay back in the market please hire good people otherwise they will spoil brand.

They for some weird reason change prices everyday and upon agreeing to all their absurd (and incorrect terms as guided by store employee, Yashoda and Manager, Neeky) terms, they had to confirm the order with a temporary shipping Adress and upon confirmation - they increase the price. They reel you in and increase the price to your face.

Complained with the customer care dept and been in constant touch with the following people...

I had purchased a 3 seater recliner and a single motorised recliner from Urban Ladder in mid of 2018. We used the product judiciously till March 2020 (only two years) then we moved to a different home in May'20. Now in Apr'22 we come back to the home and see that the outer skin (Upholstery) has started come out from many places which makes it very shabby.
Now after taking it up with Urban Ladder, first of all they charged advance payment for an inspection of the product. I requested them to get the inspection done and i will pay on the visit but they didnt agree. Finally i paid the money but after that they did not send me any information as to when will the inspection happen. Then after one day i had to myself call and then they said that the inspection would be possible after next 24 hours. For that also i had to follow up again and they did not call or infrom on their own even after taking advance money.

After the guy inspected the product I was out of home and then when i called him what was his observation, he informed that he will not be able to share his observation with me but only with his office. I requested him twice but he did not agree. Then i got an email that my sofa's FOAM, SPRINGS and UPHOLSTRY all are damaged and the charges for a essential repair would be 32k. Can you imagine the charge of 32k of a 50k recliner. I was surprised with such high charge that too for a costly item and that too after 3-4 years only that too after using the product only for 2 years and with good care.
Now after speaking, requesting and email my concern and asking URBAN ladder to share some burden jointly or give me some discount as this was a genuine problem but they did not even give me a single rupee discount.

Now tell me which customer will not feel cheated by first buying a Rs 50, 000 costly recliner and then spending another 32k because of the bad product quality that too only in 3-4 years time. I am genuinely asking to share 50% share from either side which they are not agreeing, then I asked them to give their possible support but they didnt even reduce a rupee.

I am totally cheated by Urban LADDER and due to this my 50k hard earned money has also gone wasted. In addition, I have faced a lot of tension and also spent lot of time requesting, responding and communicating with them but all are in Vain. Their response time was also so bad that it used to take 24-27 mins to reach to the After Sales service team members.

I request the authority to take stricter action as i am totally cheated with the bad quality product but the company is neither accepting
