Guys, this post is for those who have plans to get some work done by Kitchen kraze (which got recently relocated to Arya Hub mall on hope farm circle (was initially operated in Siddhapura) owned by Tabrez Shariff).
I had given him full fledge contract to do interiors of my newly built independent house...My biggest mistake of life.
If given an opportunity to roll back the clock to go back to the ill fated time when I decided to give my interior contract to him, I would definitely not even talk to him for any quote or design work ..forget about awarding him any sort of contract as he literally made our life highly annoying and frustrating with his missed commitments in the last 8-10 months...Poor work quality, changing specifications of the raw material and design at his own peril without consulting us at all...not pick up our calls AT ALL for days together. He took all the money in advance in the name of smartly woven sympathy stories and then made us run from pillar to post for getting the work done.
How badly I wished, I would have done a thorough reference check on him before giving him the contract. He is undoubtedly good in sweet talk and making tall promises, delivered ZERO quality (have proofs of the finished product if someone wants to
see) and definitely never on time. I would never trust him at all as he never ever met ANY of his commitments given to us. My work given to him in Feb 14 for completion by May 14 end went for almost 12 months and that also is not finished but I have given up on him that he ever wants to finish the same and whatever was done that too after millions of missed phone calls (as lot of them were deliberately missed), numerous missed deadlines and tons of sms to reach him, not to mention mental agony in front of friends and family for incomplete work and poor quality finish of whatever was done.
Once the contract is received and money is paid, He hardly gave a damn about picking our calls and in the name of "n" number of excuses (labor, money shortage, health issue, phone issues, battery issue), he found creative reasons to miss the deadlines
conveniently and took us to the point that we just wanted to finish the work and forget about quality delivered and that I suspect this is his motive in the end.
He gave us substandard quality product. He promised to deliver a world class reference able kitchen made out of top class material, but delivered very cheap MDF material that started giving trouble in first 3 months only while his other work was still going on. He is absolutely unprofessional and self centered guy with no respect for clients and commitments. I would Never trust this
person in whole my life again.
Last but not the least, apart from some incomplete work still left to be done, he owed us a brand new
Faber oven also and after too much deliberation, he gave me a post dated cheque in liu of oven and the moment, the cheque was deposited, it was bounced as apparently he had NO money to honor the cheque.
Pls avoid his trap (if you have not fallen into it yet). ...if you want to deal with him, please ensure you have a water tight agreement and payment terms with strict quality and penalty clauses and don't ever give him full money in advance because that will be the last day he will be reachable to you….After that, GOD BLESS YOU !!! which is what we did by trusting him and his stories and went through one hell of a period dealing with him.
AVOID...AVOID….AVOID him !!! Not worthy of even single star rating...
