Vide above waybill, i ordered shoe with color brown, But the item received
black color suspected used one. I raised complaint with original waybill &
Unboxing video. This is under COD and I Paid cash to Ecart delivery personal on 22.3.2026 .
At present i No need of your product and i need my money 499.00 with in no time
If not i will complain to consumer court to solve legally and all the expenses to be pay by you
