I have placed an order on[protected] for the purchase of "Trendy casual shoe water resistant lightweight " for Rs.399-00 but immediately I cancelled the order on the same date but you have sent the item through delivery boy on 1-1-2026. Immediately I wrote an email to " [protected]@urbanowl.eu" to arrange for its return and refund. But still you have not responded to my mail. I have again given several mails but all the mails are bounced back to me.. I have also registered a complaint in the website two times for return and refund. But no response was received from you. I want to return the product as it is not in good quality. I hereunder furnish the details. .

In spite of my repeated requests through emails as well as registration of complaints on the website " www.urbanowl.in, you have not taken any action for arranging return of the product as per your return and refund policy mentioned in your website. and so far not refunded the amount till date. Even though you did not respond to my request for the return of the product and refund.
