I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent purchase made through a Facebook Shorts advertisement. The details of the order are as follows:

Mode of Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD)
At the time of delivery, I was not permitted to inspect the product before making the payment. Upon opening the package, I found that the shoes delivered were of the wrong color, size, and design, completely different from what was advertised and ordered.
I immediately communicated my grievance through the WhatsApp number provided, but I have received no response to date. There is no functioning customer support, nor is there any option to return, replace, or cancel the product. This demonstrates a gross deficiency in service and misleading business practices.
Given the circumstances, I request that strict and appropriate action be taken against the concerned seller to prevent such deceptive practices from affecting other customers.
I also request that compensation be arranged at the earliest, as I have been left with a product I did not order, and my attempts to seek resolution have been ignored.
