I placed my order of jeans on 23 August and it still shows only your order is confirmed as tracking details . i've also registered a complaint on urbanic now also it shows the order is on processing . it's not been shipped and is September 4 now . very bad service from urbanic side they say its due to the covid pandemic but why can't urbanic provide necessary details on shipping ?
