I had ordered three tops from Urbanic and I decided to return one due to fitting issues. The product was picked up on 16th September and I was informed that I will received my refund of rs. 661 within 7-10 days. As the refund usually reflects on my account within 3-5 days Post pickup, I contacted their customer service on the 23rd of September. I was asked to share my bank statement from the date I placed the order and was asked to wait for 3 days again. When I did not receive the refund still, I contacted them again on the 26th and was asked to send my statement again for the second time. As I did not receive a satisfactory answer I placed an official complaint with them. I was Once again contacted by their service centre and was asked to send in my statement for the third time. The only response I received was that they have processed the refund, but I haven’t received the money. Kindly look into this and please help me receive my money back.
