    I have placed an order for brown jeans but due to a size issue, I returned the product.
    after that, I got a message from Urbanic that your bank details were wrong. then I added another bank account but still got the same message.
    it's been 4 days since I didn't get my refund after returning the product.
    I have tried to connect with customer care support but failed to do so.
    they are not returning my paid amount for returned products.

      Not giving me my refund when they have sent the wrong product

      Hi please help me get my money back they are rejecting my return and telling me that they can not do anything and i said what about my money they are saying we can not help you that this my team has decided that i said i ordered the jeans and get the wrong product i am not at fault here it either your fault or your delivery agent fault but it’s not mine they are now not contacting me or not replying to my email they have shut me off and...

      I recieved wrong products from them i immediately made a return request but it was rejected on the basis that i didn’t send them enought pictures even though they have limited the number of photos i can share and rejected my return request Then i contacted them by mail and told about my problem and then they took my response seriously and for the first time requested the photos of the parcel and product and bill (earlier i was just sent the response without them requesting anything).
      But then they called me and I couldn’t hear the word and i said that i can not hear you and emailed them that I couldn’t hear the caller and they without any resolve they send me the email that youre query has been solved and I replied no it is not and they didn’t call me or responded to anything and just rejected my return request help me to get my money back I don’t want to be scammed

        I returned my order Id[protected] on 25 january 2023 and the order has already reached the supplier but i still didn't get my refund. And every time i contact the urbanic customer care they just send me the same message which doesn't solve anything. I want my refund now because that's mu right to get.

          Products not getting delivered and support executives aren't answering

          I have been waiting from 31st december 2023. The order [protected] was supposed to be delivered between 11 to 15 January. Still, there is no update. Worst experience ever. How can they be so careless regarding this? I have been requesting for a call or some real-time solution of this issue, but all they do is reply with same “template” mentioning that the concerned team will get back to me and close the ticket without solving the issue....

          My order was cancelled on 3rd of April, 2023. I have still not received the refund from urbanic. This is very disappointing.
          Their customer care services are very bad. You can only reach them through e mails and is very time taking. Please look into the matter ASAP and initiate the refund.
          This is an awful amount of time to process an refund.

                  This is regarding refund intiation. After successful reverse pickup of order of which I have received the acknowledgement, the returns section under urbanic app does not show any refunds and there is no refund initiation hence. There's no response to mails as well. PATHETIC experience.

                              I recieved my order on 13th October and it was totally different from what I had ordered it wasn't even stuff from urbanic tho I think the delivery company is at fault nimbus delivery company, i recieved face washes instead of clothes that I ordered and urbanic has been ignoring my by saying they're working on the issue and it'll get resolved by 24-48 hours but it's been 18th October without any response

                                I had ordered three tops from Urbanic and I decided to return one due to fitting issues. The product was picked up on 16th September and I was informed that I will received my refund of rs. 661 within 7-10 days. As the refund usually reflects on my account within 3-5 days Post pickup, I contacted their customer service on the 23rd of September. I was asked to share my bank statement from the date I placed the order and was asked to wait for 3 days again. When I did not receive the refund still, I contacted them again on the 26th and was asked to send my statement again for the second time. As I did not receive a satisfactory answer I placed an official complaint with them. I was Once again contacted by their service centre and was asked to send in my statement for the third time. The only response I received was that they have processed the refund, but I haven’t received the money. Kindly look into this and please help me receive my money back.

                                  Request for early delivery

                                  I have ordered an item from Urbanic for which the delivery date is 28th sept to 2nd oct 2023. I want my order to get delivered by 26th sept as I have to leave for Goa on 27th sept. There is no customer support to whom I can request a faster delivery as they only have bots. Please help me in getting the order before 26th September 2023....
