Urbanic — 4 Refund Failed

I order so many products but fit was not right for some so i returned them and the pickup was done yesterday 24th December but my app is showing return failed. Update that status so that i can get my refund and process my refund as soon as possible.

I have had a chat with the team over whatsapp but till now no update.
