Urbanic — Account not found/ accessible

I had an urbanic account from which I had made a purchase and then I logged out of it, now when I try to login with the same mail ID, a different account is shown with different wishlist and everything. I am just not able to find my account from which I made the order. I also checked the mail where I received order confirmation and tried to login with the same mail ID.
I don't understand what the problem is or where is the account from which I ordered and there is no reply from customer support also.
