This is regarding two orders. Ijare raised request for return but it’s been so many days no one as come for pickup. Urbanic cancelled my request for return without intimation and I need to raise the request for return again. I am very disappointed with the services. I want my parcels to get picked up soon and need my refund. I need my money back.

Wrong colour received. I ordered white jeans but received yellow.
I want to return these two orders and waiting for pick up.
