On 12 February, I ordered a beige colour jeans with side pockets. I received the parcel on 19th February but i was busy and had so many parcels to open i opened the urbanic one on 21 feb and after opening the parcel i found out that I’ve received a wrong product ordered it was a dress but I’ve ordered an jeans and the product I received under the seal packed parcel was a pinkish beige dress. I immediately requested for return on the very same time and got an email next day that my request has been accepted and the pick up man will pick up the parcel on 23 February. I waited the next day for the pickup man but no one showed on the day nor even on 24 feb, then on 25th feb I received the email saying that return request has been rejected, i again filed the return with all the valid proof again got confirmation email and again they cancelled it on the next day of pickup. Then i wrote many emails to them and every email I received was a computer generated one and no one really paid attention on the concern and again writing so many emails to them they only answer with “ we have intensively investigated “ and cancel the request. What kind of service is this??! Where they didn’t even read the concern of the customer even though i have all the photos and opening video of the product. Even the product (dress) has tags of jeans and the invoice also says jeans but under the parcel I’ve received a dress. And I’ve so many times mentioned my problem but they are not even paying a little attention to it.
