My transaction is still pending I didn’t get my refund back and I have already paid cash to the merchant

Updated by Diwansi Amount is debited from my account and it’s showing still pending so that’s why I paid by cash to delivery guy and till now I didn’t get my refund I have contacted with bank they told that amount is credited to merchant
