Urbanic — Compliant for refund

I have placed an order for brown jeans but due to a size issue, I returned the product.
after that, I got a message from Urbanic that your bank details were wrong. then I added another bank account but still got the same message.
it's been 4 days since I didn't get my refund after returning the product.
I have tried to connect with customer care support but failed to do so.
they are not returning my paid amount for returned products.
