Urbanic — Damaged product

One of the item of the above order was received in torn and damaged condition. While applying for return the app is not able to upload pictures and I have tried uploading pics both in iPhone and Android phones. The Android is only allowing 5 kB pic to be uploaded the app needs to be upgraded/ debugged. i had attached the pics in the mail to [protected]@urbanic.com as I was asked while my return has been rejected. I had tried applying for return on the day of receipt of the order but the app was not able to upload the pics..so I uploaded the pics with support chat .. within 10 days of receipt I was able to apply for return but twice it has been rejected quoting invalid reason.. now as the mandatory 10 day return policy has expired the Urbanic app does not allow return…issue is not resolved and needs to be escalated to higher level
