Urbanic — Delay in delivery , not received order

I had placed my order for 5 items on urbanic on 30th July and it has been august 23rd and my order hasn’t moved from the procuring / processing stage, every time i contact the customer care they send me an automated message “ delay due to pandemic it’s still in processing will notify once shipped” I think my money has gone for a toss as it still hasn’t moved from processing and it’s been over a month, so disappointed I just want my order atleast by the end of this month.
