Delivery has taken too long for order id #[protected]. The customer care chat just states the obvious of what is already displayed in the app. The order was placed on 3rd October, and it's still 'processing' (whatever that means).
At the time of ordering, the app also displayed that the order would be delivered under 'Express delivery' which clearly hasn't been the case. How do I expect the order to be delivered in a day or two when it hasn't even shipped yet? Was this information helpful? |
