It's been a week I receive the message saying my item has been shipped but again no update what so ever. The app shows "under process" that all. Been nearly 2 months now when I placed the order. I'm afraid if I cancel it I won't be receiving a refund as I've seen many complaints regarding that too. I need a delivery date or a tracking number at least since I only receive updates when I put a complaint on here just so that they can save their @sses.
