I had ordered 6 items on Aug 31 2021.. it was shown to be delivered by sept 12 to 15.. but the items are still under processing.. it's been 11 days sice I ordered and items are still under processing.. I did a prepaid payment also.. while contacting their customer service by live chat and email they say excuse as covid and we all know restrictions are no more prevailing as earlier and they cannot give the delivery date.. why was it given at the time of payment.. it's like cheating customers.. I ordered this for an important event and if it's coming afterwards it will be of no use.. it's like a mental torture for me.. pls do something to make the delivery as soon as possible
