Urbanic — Disappointed with customer and delivery service | order number[protected]

Hi

Worst customer and delivery service offered by Urbanic. My order number[protected] was supposed to be delivered between 27th June to 1st July (10 days after order time which is insane).

My order status has not moved since then and no shipping ID is provided. I have reached out to your customer service team but like robots the only thing they say is that orders are coming from international location. Is it a problem of the customer? Is there any commitment Urbanic can complete?

I also informed that I am traveling out of country hence I need the order delivery in time but your team is not giving delivery estimate to me. This is the most frustrating, disrespectful and disappointing experience I have had with any shopping app.

I also work for an e-commerce firm but my company never betrays consumer trust. Never going to refer this app and if needed, will sue the company in consumer court and tweet about it.

Give me a specific delivery timeline update and estimate. It is my right to know as a shopper. If you can’t honour timelines then don’t commit or have better processes in backend.

I hope I have real humans and team listening to this complain to reply back in 24 hours.

And share a damn phone number for God sake! Don’t hide and act as a fraudulent site that is scamming shoppers.

PATHETIC PATHETIC service they are providing.
It’s been almost a month that I ordered, have not received the package yet.
My order number[protected]
Have been writing numerous mails to customer care but have received no solution yet.
Since it’s been more than a month, I don’t want the order anymore I wasn’t my money back else I will have to sue the company.
One thing more I have noticed with Urbanic app is that if we do COD then there is no delay in deliveries and if we pay in advance it’s always the case.
Highly disappointed! Never going to buy anything via Urbanic and will ask all my peers do the same.
Highly non-professional staff and not at all customer centric.
