I had a very poor experience with the Urbanic app and their customer service. I initiated a return request for an order (Order ID[protected] that was delivered to me via Delhivery with AWB [protected]. Despite receiving a confirmation that the package would be picked up, the assigned executive ([protected]) did not show up for the pickup and did not respond to my attempts to contact him.
What's even more disappointing is the unprofessional behavior that I encountered from the executive when I finally managed to get in touch with him. He blocked my number and exhibited a disrespectful attitude, which is completely unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism exhibited by Urbanic, and I would not recommend this app to anyone. It's disappointing to see that a company with such potential is unable to provide basic customer service and treat their customers with respect.
I hope that the company takes appropriate measures to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Was this information helpful? |
