Urbanic — Failure of refund due to wrong beneficiary details

I ordered an item and returned in 2 days because fitting was not right. The order was collected the next day but in the app it shows refund failed. I had a chat with the support team multiple times and each and every time they give a form for me to fill stating that my account details were not correct I tried to fill the form every time giving different bank details each time and cross checked to make sure the details were accurate but it still shows recent failed.
