I've had two major concerns with ubanic stated below and I have also raised two complaints on the consumer forum for which you will be receiving a notice shortly.
Concern 1 :
I had ordered a few clothing items for a friend and mentioned all the address details on the app. The delivery was promised by 5th may. I received a message regarding late delivery on may 3rd, they did not mention delivery day on the delay message. When I contacted customer care regarding this issue, I did not receive a proper response. Hence I am raising a complaint against urbanic due to their poor service and not delivering as per the set expectations.
Concern 2 :
I have been constantly cheated by urbanic. Initially they promised me a delivery on may 5th and delivered the products on may 10th. The products now are no longer needed and they are not ready to accept the return. I tried to contact customer care and they are not even responding. Kindly help me with this issue.
