Urbanic — How can the order be rejected without my approval and why is it not possible to deliver on my address

I've been waiting passed 15 days for my order and what answer I get is hilarious. That it is rejected without my knowledge. Please don't make me feel that this Urbanic is a bad site to order anything and please do the needful today please!!! I'm waiting for my order desperately
