Urbanic — I am complaining about the delay in the delivery

I placed the order on 22nd November and was supposed to deliver the order between 6th December- 10th December. I have been doing follow-up by sending emails and chatting on WhatsApp customer care. They are saying the delay is due to logistic issues and they are not mentioning the exact date when will I receive the order. On WhatsApp customer chat the delivery dates are 4th December-8th December. It's been 22 days I am still waiting for the order to be delivered.

This usually happens when they product gets out of stock after you placed the order.
