Urbanic — I have not got refund of my cancelled order

I have ordered 5 items from urbanic app . But it was almost 10 days i have not recieved any update from urbanic regarding delivery status of my order so due to delay in delivery i cancelled my order . My order id is --[protected] .

When i can expect refund of my amount.
