Urbanic — I have not received my refund 862

I ordered a dress at dec 29 and recieved it at jan 7. Which is too late. And i placed a return becouse the size was diff.it was large for me.
The product is taken. My refund is ₹862. It was my first order from urbanic and i am not happy
