Urbanic — I have still not received my refund for 2 of the orders which I cancelled.

I have returned 2 of my orders but I have still not received a refund for it, one of them was a white dress and the other was a sweater, the customer service has also stopped responding . please give me my refund. The dress is for 1, 095 and the sweater is for 972 please send me my money.
