I have put up a return request and after a week of waiting no one came for pick up, I wrote an email to urbanic customer care and after that pick up was arranged on 22nd June 2022 at around 4:30pm Mr Prakash had come to pick up the order. Now it’s 26th June I haven’t received my refund and also the app shows awaiting for pick up and even today I got a call from urbanic pick up guy asking for the return item and I told him that I have already return you the item on 22nd June but he is keep saying I don’t know you check with customer care. I also email customer care on 24th but no proper response from them.
Please help refund amount is more than INR 3327/-
