Urbanic — I ordered a red coat and received a top instead. Also the prices are totally different

I recieved a wrong product from urbanic. I ordered a sweater but recieved a top. I have already applied return request. I am trying since Saturday. They have accepted the return request but they have told the delivery person to accept the sweater. But how can I return the sweater when I have the top. This is how they are fooling their customers 😐
